It's a community of angel investors who share dealflow with each other at http://angel.co. Investors include Chris Sacca, Mark Cuban, Josh Kopelman, Mike Maples, and about 2000 others. Funded startups include Foodspotting, Newscred, BlockChalk, and about 200 more.
